AFC encourages training and development participants to assess their strengths and weaknesses in leadership, change, communications, and diversity. Every participant is invited to experience new levels of understanding in these areas. All sessions are interactive and utilize integrated learning. A requirement of each participant is the development of an action plan and selection of an accountability partner to ensure that there is follow through.
